My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were fairly spacious, which was perfect for us, but they felt a little small. The service, while friendly, had some hiccups like the need to fix parking arrangements myself. The location was convenient, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to shopping and public transport. The dining experience offered good traditional Japanese dishes but lacked variety in international cuisine. Overall, it was a stay with its ups and downs.
